Shipping and delivery policy


We deliver items Australia-wide using Australia Post. Postage is calculated when you visit your shopping cart and enter your address, and are added to the shopping cart before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3–7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We also offer local pickup. Once your order is finalised and you’ve selected Local Pickup at the checkout, you will be sent an email to advise when you may pick up your items from our Head Office at Unit 17/39-41 Corporation Circuit Tweed Heads. If you have elected to pay for your order via bank transfer, once your payment is cleared and your order is prepared, we will contact you via email advising delivery or pickup details.

Customer service policy


Friends of the Pound (Tweed) Inc. is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all items listed on our website are available, and that pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item or a full refund.

Refund/return policy

All items are checked to ensure fastenings such as zips and buttons are functioning and that there are no  rips or tears in the fabrics. Any abnormalities that do not affect the wear of the item will be posted in the description. The manufacturer’s size will be included to choose a correct fit. Where the size label is removed measurements of the garment will be provided. Colours are photographed without enhancements but variations can occur due to differing monitors  For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect fit or colour.

Please choose carefully. We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, make the wrong decision, misuse the goods or use the goods for other than their intended purpose. You may qualify for a refund where items are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from what you purchased on the website. If we do agree to process a refund, the cost of the item or part thereof will be refunded and you will be advised of the outcome, however we are unable to refund postage on any order.
